Bonus Math
One of the most attractive features for newcomers is the welcome bonus. Let’s break down how the math works with a typical example. Suppose the offer gives you a 100% match bonus up to £200 and 100 free spins. You deposit £100, so you receive £100 in bonus funds. The wagering requirement is often 35x on the deposit + bonus.
Calculation: (Deposit + Bonus) × Wagering requirement = (100 + 100) × 35 = 200 × 35 = 7000. You need to wager £7,000 before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus. Free spins winnings are typically added as bonus funds with a 40x wagering requirement. If the free spins generate £15 in winnings, that adds 15 × 40 = 600 to your total rollover.
So your total wagering requirement becomes 7000 + 600 = £7,600. Each game contributes differently – slots usually count 100%, table games often 10% or less. Plan your bets to meet the requirement efficiently.
| Component | Amount (£) | Wagering | Total to Wager (£) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit | 100 | 35x | 3500 |
| Bonus | 100 | 35x | 3500 |
| Free spin winnings | 15 | 40x | 600 |
| Total | 215 | – | 7600 |
Always check the current bonus terms, as they may change. Use the math to decide if the bonus suits your bankroll.

Is It Safe?
MyStake operates under a Curacao eGaming license. This means it follows certain regulatory standards, but it is not equivalent to a UK Gambling Commission license. For UK players, this is important to know. The site uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and they require KYC verification to prevent fraud.
However, due to the Curacao license, winnings may be subject to local income tax in the UK. This is a user tip: keep records of your gambling income and consult a tax advisor. While the casino is secure, you should always gamble responsibly.
Common Problems & Fixes
Here are frequent issues and how to resolve them:
- Important: If you cannot log in, check your caps lock and that you are using the correct email. Use the ‘Forgot Password’ option to reset.
- If the site is slow, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
- If a game fails to load, refresh the page and check your internet connection.
- Withdrawal delays usually mean pending verification. Provide your KYC documents promptly.
- Bonus not credited? Contact live chat and show your deposit receipt.
- If you are being asked for additional documents, upload clear and valid ID scans.
Insider Advice
The VIP program at MyStake rewards loyal players. There are several tiers, such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You earn points for every real-money bet you place – typically 1 point per £10 wagered. These points can be exchanged for bonus funds or free spins.
Higher tiers unlock better perks: faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and exclusive bonuses. The wagering requirements for VIP bonuses are often lower, sometimes 25x. To climb tiers quickly, focus on slots that contribute 100% to wagering.
Set a monthly budget and track your points. Redeeming points for free spins is a smart way to try new games without extra cost.
